We're constantly experimenting with new varietals
and blends, but presently our wines include:

Tres BlancosA blend of three white varietals; Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier.
BarberaMade from 100% Barbera, an Italian varietal with great potential for desert viticulture.
Pseudo TuscanAn eclectic blend of Italian and French varietals. Inspired by the great Super Tuscans of Italy.
MaderoA fortified wine in the style of Madeira, made from Muscat and other varieties of grapes.

Goldmine Mountain Cellars is not presently a commercial enterprise.
